When I noticed a link to the top ten astronomy pics of the year. One paticular jumped out at me. Saturn Back lit looking towards earth and the sun. (You could never see this yourself until we discover space travel)

In the upper left of saturns rings you'll see a tiny spec of light. Thats earth. Us. Yeah. Pretty cool.
